Please refrain from parking in the carport or in front of the garage outside of the main entrance. Please instead utilize the public lot on the west side of our building, or any parking along Main St. or Liberty st.

As a solo massage therapist, Abundance runs on an appointment-only basis. The doors will be locked between appointments. If you need to reach me please text, call, or email.

Returning clients, please arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment to allow for verbal intake and restroom use.

New clients, please arrive 10-15 minutes early as you will need to fill out an intake form.

Things come up, we get it! However, when possible, please give as much notice as you can if you are needing to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment time will be charged 50% of your service fee. If you know someone who is in need of a massage, you can always ask them to take your spot and avoid the fee :)

That’s up to you! Here are some pointers though: 30 minute appointments are best for more focused work/smaller areas. 60-90 minute sessions do allow for a full body session as well as focus areas, or just more time on focus areas!

Good news! You don’t need to worry about that one bit :) Pick something that sounds good to you. We can always switch at the time of your appointment, or blend different modalities to get you what you’re looking for.

I am a believer in holistic wellness. A singular massage might not fix all your problems, but regular massage, nutrition, exercise, as well as caring for your mind and soul are all an integral part of living a life in abundance.

I decided to offer multiple modalities as a way to offer more of a holistic approach. Every part of the body is connected, and it all points back to the nervous system. If the nervous system is distressed, so is the rest of the body. Each of the services I offer help regulate the nervous system in a unique way, because different bodies have different needs at different points in our lives. At Abundance you will receive care specifically targeting those needs.
